Amazing yummy boba!

My two kids and I went in 11/17 I work two jobs and go to school so I like to treat myself and my kids to dinner and a special drink on Fridays my son wanted a drink that didn’t include boba so we asked for it in the notes because there was no option for what he wanted the guy told us we couldn’t have the boba for free so I replied that there was no option on the screen to pay for it that I was more than happy to pay for it and I wasn’t expecting anything for free and he told me the same thing a couple more times and finally the girl kindly charged us for it. Whatever we were over it. We got our drinks and started drinking them after we pulled off and my daughter and I ordered the brown sugar latte it was so disgusting every drink I took was thick and it was like drinking spoiled milk I’ve had that specific drink there before and it was delicious and nothing like what we got. We had to throw it away and it was a complete waste of money.. I used to really enjoy that place it’s definitely not what it used to be and the sign outside is not even lit up anymore makes it look very ghetto..

The quality of the drinks, the boba, and the other add-ons are always right on point. I have never been disappointed with my drinks here. You pay a bit more but it is totally worth it. Everything tastes fresh (including boba) and made to order for whatever preference too (like sweetness and ice level if you want). Lots of classic drinks and fancier creations. I've tried many other boba shops in the surrounding area and this remains my go-to boba tea shop always.

I like their bobas but i ordered the matcha oreo tornado and it did not come with oreos. I needed to pay extra… Might as well just called it matcha tornado

I went in today and ordered two drinks. When I was ordering the screen said made with non diary creamer. So I went and asked the lady working the front if it meant it was completely dairy free and has no dairy derivatives. I explained that I am allergic to dairy and I needed to be completely dairy free. She assured me that it was completely dairy free so I went ahead and ordered. Half way through my drink I had an allergic reaction. I am beyond angry. It is unacceptable in this day and age for workers to make such egregious mistakes or claims. Dietary restrictions: They need to learn more about dietary restrictions. It is not okay.

Don't get me wrong, the drinks here are a definite 5 stars. However, what's keeping me from rating this place any more than 3 is their recent change where they do not accept cash anymore. I very much prefer the convenience of handing over some cash that I already have on me, opposed to having to use the money I've put aside for other uses in my bank account. If anyone who works here reads this review, please bring back the cash register and let me give ya'll a 10 dollar bill for my drink, and not waste my time taking a trip to the bank.
