Sylvia's Enchilada Kitchen Menu

Prepared Mexican-style with black beans, Romaine lettuce, roasted corn, avocado, tomatoes, and queso fresco.

Two enchiladas per order, served with rice and your choice of beans. Two carnitas enchiladas topped with our traditional mole poblano.

Vegetarian and gluten-free. Two enchiladas per order, served with rice and your choice of beans. Enchiladas rancheras - border-style enchiladas topped with very spicy ranchera sauce. Choice of Monterey Jack, chicken or ground beef.

One dozen per item a la carte. No rice or beans.

Served with rice, beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, and homemade corn or flour tortillas. All meats are grilled with mesquite wood and the beef fajitas are known for being forked tender with succulent taste of a juicy wood grilled steak. The beef fajitas at Sylvia's are often labeled the "Best in Houston" by her loyal customers.

Blend your own. Fresh mashed avocado, served with diced tomatoes, cilantro, onions and jalapenos.

A combination chicken flautas, beef quesadillas, mini cheese enchiladas, picamole, cocktail tamales, sour cream, chile con queso, chips and salsa and pickled jalapenos.

Each selection served two enchiladas per person with rice and beans. 10 person minimum per item required. Chicken enchiladas, tender cooked chicken topped with our chili gravy.

Gluten-Free. Grilled corn tortillas stuffed with chicken and Monterey Jack cheese, served with rice, beans and a light salad.
