Either they have a good manager or they are self managing. Amazing friendly service. Everything was very clean and the people who work there were very attentive and kind. Was having a craving for cranberry and the bartender made me the best cocktail I’ve had in a while. Bright and balanced. Give her a raise!

Great little place. My first time here. Loved their Tropical Cider, and my salad was good. Located at the far end of E terminal, so not easy to get to for a quick layover. Fast service. Clean restaurant.

Good place to get vegan food. They have the beyond or impossible (can't remember which one) and they also have vegan cheese. I got a pizza. I asked for light cheese (I totally understand this is subjective) and it seemed like they added extra. But overall it was good. You do order and pay on your phone.

Great spot to eat and drink in between flights! Good selection of local brews and cider on draft as well as regular selection and local in cans. Reasonably priced for airport too! Pizza was wonderful, pictured is the Meat Pizza. 8 slice pizza for $omfortably fed 2 adults. The service was great with good 90s-early 2000s music in the background.

Stopped here for a long layover and it will officially become my spot for my usual CLT layover. Jasmine was amazing. Attentive and warm—she made it such a pleasant experience. The bartender was also excellent. Got the impossible burger and the way they dressed it was so dang good. Great spot.

I had the worst costumer service, i literally was finding my seat and before I sat, this server came to me saying I can’t sit while people are enjoying their food, asked why Said I their are closing, I literally just watched someone ordering as I was getting there, Super rude service Manager was sweet though

Chop Salad was amazing. Naomi is a wonderful waitress!

Unfortunately one of the waitresses isn't having a good day. I ordered my beer through the QR code and after 10 minutes my beer was still getting warm on the bar next to a "TO GO" sign. So I thought probably the way it works is picking up your order, I approached the bar and saw the ticket under the beer to be sure it was my beer. It was my beer but the waitress didn't like my presence and said in the least nice way possible "Hey Sir don't do that and go back to your seat". And she removed the sign "TO GO" that possibly created the confusion. So you must wait 10 min, get the beer warm and receive orders with bad manners from the waitress that never brought me the beer. I was really excited to have a Sycamore on CLT because I travel all the weeks and i like sycamore... Not anymore.

Beer was great, server was great, prices were fair, you can’t ask anything else, definitely my favorite place in the E wing
