Best Italian gelato in Cardiff. I highly recommend the pistachio and hazelnut gelato. Excellent cappuccino. Horrible dark place. Not nice to sit in at all. We went in June and it was very cold and dark inside. They had hardly any ice cream flavours. They had Sundaes advertised but refused to prepare a Sunday. There was only one girl. She sat on a bench reading a book. I won't sit inside again but have a takeaway ice cream. We went today again but the ice cream parlour was closed. They only open at 12pm. Thanks God another ice cream parlour just around the corner was open. In such a big city an ice cream parlour should be open earlier. We had two cappuccino and 2 large cups of ice cream in the other place.
Absolutely amazing Gelato! The speculoos (biscoff) was just *chef's kiss*. The service was really good and felt really welcomed. Would definitely come visit here again when I come back to Cardiff
This is the only ice cream place I come to in Cardiff, since it’s original gelato and the quality of it is immaculate. It tastes exactly like the ones you would get in Italy. The atmosphere is very lovely and staff has always been kind and welcoming every time I went.
Really tasty authentic Italian ice-cream in a beautiful location opposite Cardiff castle! Really recommend all year round for a lovely pick me up.
True taste and many varieties of gelato. Tiramisu and salted caramel were great. GF and dairy free options are as tasty . Of the flavorful gelato cheese cakes I loved ferrero rocher . And I’d prefer a larger Affogato proportion.
So I saw the rating for this place and thought I’d try it. Here right now and the ice cream is honestly terrible. Clumpy. Doesn’t taste good at all. Not worth it.
