Swiss Chalet

Went to the drive through today March 17 at 330pm. Waited and waited and waited. No one took my order. No cars in dt, restaurant open.....guess you don't want my business, so I drove past the window to see staff stood up talking and laughing. Great way to run a business! We won't return. UPDATE : WHATS THE POINT IN DOING THIS FEEDBACK REVIEW FORM ONLINE? I DID IT AND NEVER EVEN GOT A RESPONSE. YOU GUYS ARE SERIOUSLY PATHETIC. WILL NEVER RETURN. HOPE YOU GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

Quarter chicken dinner i ordered, Chicken was so dry I couldn't even swallow the food!! Bread hard as a rock, very little portion of fries was given, will never be visiting your establishment again, Thanks!

Drive through but was pre ordered. Food was poor, a 20 minute wait, debit system almost insisted on a tip. Atrocious!

I was at this restaurant yesterday and I have to say it was a disappointment, worst visit. First of all we waited 25 mins to get an order placed.I did ask another hostess what the hold up was ,she simply said she's busy.So we waited and finally got our food.its was cold as ice.i sent my wings back and I can tell you they were just popped in the microwave. When they came back they were still not hot.All of our tables fries were cold .I actually didn't eat mine. The server wasn't friendly or helpful.Not one smile.May I add the restaurant wasn't busy.We had a table of 9and we are all regular customers. JUST A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE OVER ALL!!

Went with my parents and had a perfect meal! The bundles with appetizer and dessert are an amazing value, and the food is always impeccable. Service is wonderful and the atmosphere is great. Dad had Ribs, Mom had Chicken Pot Pie and I had the Quarter Chicken, and we all cleaned our plates! Also, the Coconut Cream Pie is the best in the city!
