Update: we went back and Ellison was lovely and resolved the gift card issue, can't wait to indulge in the sweets:) We had an unused gift card and came in for a nostalgic sweet treat. Unfortunately the gift card was purchased when it had prior ownership (the gift card is 2 years old) so they wouldn't honor it. Money down the drain:( I don't recommend purchasing a gift card from here:\

Ellison was very helpful, and I love supporting a small business!

The two employees that worked this past Saturday evening (12-30) were EXCELLENT! They made shopping for the right flavor of ice cream fun for me and my friends after dinner. Atmosphere was fabulous. I really commend those two employees on going above and beyond.

Sweet Caroline's is a "must go to" place when we are in the Kansas City area. Their treats and service are fantastic. I order baskets of sweets from Sweet Caroline's for my employees every Christmas, and they rave about the flavor and quality!

Love the choices of ice cream and cones, but you need to check your freezers because the ice cream is too soft almost like soft serve.

I always come here to get my ice cream fix!
