Sweet Art Cakes

Sweet Art Cakes was recommended by our venue, and I'm so happy that we selected them! Luis hosted us for a tasting and worked with us to create a gorgeous cake for my mother in law's 70th birthday! Everyone was taking pictures of it and complimenting it all day. It was gorgeous and delicious!!! Also, the service was fantastic!!

This place was recommended by our venue for our wedding reception. We paid nearly $700 to upgrade the size. Went over flavor multiple times. The cake was delivered to the wrong location. Wrong flavors, wrong colors, wrong textures. Luis said he would give partial refund then disappeared. I contacted him a month after he acknowledged his mistake and completely changed his tune. He blamed the venue and their staff. Refused to take responsibility for his errors. Got my money back through my bank. I reported him to the BBB and to the venue. Hopefully they cut ties with him because all of his reviews say he makes the wrong colors and flavors. He doesn’t deserve business.

What a great cake bakery. From start to end everything was great. Our meeting to design the cake was so comfortable and nice. Our cake design came out exactly what we wanted. The cake itself was delicious. Such beautiful flavors. Overall best cake place. Look forward to ordering from them again.

Amazing place I can’t thank them enough. They made a amazing cake for my sons 1st birthday and it tasted so good. Really appreciate this guy.

was shown a picture of the cake my wife wanted for her birthday and he DID NOT MAKE it anywhere near what the picture showed and charged way too much for what we got. My wife told him about it to see if he could compensate us the loss and he never got back with us , ill never use his services again

We ordered a cake for my stepdaughter’s sweet 16 on very short notice. It turned out beautiful and it was really tasty. Normally I don’t like the frosting on birthday cakes but this was very light and fluffy and yummy. The strawberry filling was great too and just the right amount. They even met with us on a day they’re not usually open so we could pick up the cake the day of the party. We will definitely order from this place again.

I called the week before to set up a cake tasting with Luis and specifically gave the cakes I wanted to try. Nothing was ready and no apology. If that's the attention I get before ordering I won't risk to order. Wasted my time going in.

Hot inside, but beautiful cakes

Disappointed!I purchased a cake for my wife's birthday. I requested they put fruit inside the cake and on top. The cake was beautifully done. Unfortunately the fruit was not ripe on top of the cake and there was not much if any fruit inside the cake. The filling was not made from egg white, not sure what the filling was? My wife and I were disappointed especially since I paid more than a fair prince!

Very disappointed with Sweet Art Cakes. I had purchased my cake in advance with my wedding venue. I called a number of times leaving several voicemails because no one answers the business line to please call me and I never heard back. 2 months away from my wedding I am now in panic mode. I called the venue and desperately asked them to call Sweet Art Cakes and set an appointment with me. My appointment was set for a Saturday at 10 AM. I arrived on time to find the doors locked. With the sign on the door indicating OPEN... No one in sight. Another customer arrived and mentioned she had ordered a cake and was going to pick it up at 10 AM the doors were locked so she stood outside and called... But like my experience no one answered... Disappointed with this place. I canceled everything and took my business elsewhere. Very unprofessional operation.

We only went with this cake location for our wedding because it came with the venue, but other than that I would not have booked them myself. Cake tasting was not impressing and the only serve you a slice of cake that is the size of your finger. We tried calling then many times and they never answer nor return your call when you leave a voice mail. I asked for cream cheese frosting on my cake and they put regular frosting. Overall very disappointed. Don’t book this company for your event. Especially your wedding.

I ordered a pistachio cake from this bakery for my wife's birthday . The cake was dry and had no flavor at all. Never again. I bought a pistachio loaf at the 99cent store that had more pistachio flavor!!!
