Founded by Chef Steve Brown, Swagyu Burger aims to make Wagyu accessible for everyone. We are known for our Swagyu Burger which is a blend of American, Australian, and a 1/3rd Japanese A5 Wagyu. We pride ourselves on using the highest quality ingredients and sourcing from the best partners. We use New School American Cheese and buns from Sadie Rose Bakery.
