Suwannee Room

The Suwannee Room is dining hall in an updated historic setting at the heart of FSU’s campus. The open kitchen layout has been converted to route patrons effectively to the dining options of their choice, such as Homestyle, True Balance, Vegan and Deli/ Grill. The True Balance Statin includes recipes that are low-calorie, vegan, vegetarian, and free from the top eight allergens which include diary, egg, fish, peanut, shellfish, soy, tree-nut, and wheat.
