Sushi Zo is an LA-born Japanese restaurant that revolves around an ideology of "Ittai-kan," and this is its second New York location. As chef Keizo Seki maintains, "the balance between the neta (the seafood) and shari (sushi rice) is the most important aspect of sushi" and Ittai-kan "is when the neta and shari unite in perfect harmony." This balance is ensured through the sourcing of seasonal fish along with the careful selection of ingredients, and allows the sushi chefs here to provide an impeccable omakase experience. We're dedicated to providing a positive dining experience for all customers. If you have questions or want to make special dining arrangements, please contact for hanare@sushizo.us
