Sushi Sama Pierrefonds

Ordered this evening. Owner is alone and counted at least 3 people walked in and out they are too cheap to hire help. Would recommend it because it will be a better customer experience and you’ll be able to handle more orders. “25” minute wait you promised turned into 60. Food is incredible though. Feel bad, but people need to know they will need to wait an additional 60-90 minutes. Horrible experience

Excessive wait - unprofessional and extremely approach staff - orders are secondary to the owners who I believed were the only employee present - what a shame - stay away

Such a good sushi place!!

I ordered more than 2 hours ahead of time on their website, when I showed up they hadn't even started to work on my order. For an explanation I only received lies. So I cannot comment on their sushi, but 0 star for customer service

Pour l'instant je donne une étoile car il devait ouvrir à 11.30h et à midi ce n'était pas encore ouvert. Nous sommes aller ailleur chercher des sushis .j'augmenterais peut être ma note un jour si j'y retourne
