Sushi Sakana - Plano

I’ve been coming to this place for years and it has been the best place I’ve ever been but something happened . Don’t know what. They changed owners perhaps or maybe they weren’t making enough money and had to cut back. But the place is awful now . I only wish that I took pictures of the food from before last year and now . I could see the difference right away. Don’t go !!! You’ll be sorry you !!

If you really enjoy, or just want to experience some really wonderful, authentic sushi, and sashimi this is the place to go.

Hidden gem! Best sushi I've had in the DFW area—came on a quiet Monday afternoon and loved it. It's a quaint little spot, great for happy hour bites for $7 like the Stuffed Jalapeño and $5 sake. There are so many sushi options; pages on pages of rolls to choose from, so guaranteed to find something you like. Everything was delicious, service was fast and server was kind, all good notes.

Had a great lunch date here! The lady who served us was adorable and very attentive. The curry was great!

The sushi here is very good. Also the location has a really cool decorations.

First time here since they remodeled the place. Food is still as great as it was before they remodeled. I had the chicken teriyaki bento box - miso soup was yummy, greens fresh, chicken perfectly grilled in teriyaki sauce, and tempura veggies were not greasy and just the perfect breading.
