Sushi on Jones LES offers a traditional 12-piece tasting for $68. In addition to the best of the traditional Japanese experience for the New York market, LES has expanded to include izakaya dishes such as the Dungeness crab chawanmushi, Wagyu tartare, and Lobster sunomono. The cocktail bar tucked away in the heart of the Lower East Side has an extensive Japanese whisky and sake collection along with cocktails like the gimlet with hints of shiso and cucumber.
