Sushi rolls were very lazily roll. As soon as you touched it, it fell apart. Way to much rice, you can't enjoy the actual food inside. Way to expensive for what you get.
Niko Niko's quality has gone down drastically over the years. Sushi rolls were way to big to eat and service was a joke, even their building is going down. Aint coming back
I placed a to go order. The sushi was way too big and thick for me! Plus the service was slow. The ceviche salad was just ok… I guess I was expecting something different.
Sushi was ok but got my order mixed up. I had to wait for my fried rice forever. When asked the waiter was very rude about it. I made it a to go and the portion of the fried rice was very less for a dinner order price I had to pay. Not sure if I will go back again.
Good sushi ..service fell off when they opened hibachi side
My mom, brother, and I went to Niko Niko today for dinner. We ordered stir-fried udon and two rolls, but it took forever to come out. The udon came out in an instant, while the rolls took 40 minutes to make. The funny thing is that one roll only came after 30-40 minutes. My mom waited for an hour to get her sushi. When the time passed, my mom informed our waitress. The other waiters and waitresses were already serving and seating other costumers that came WAY before us. The waitress was very rude and blunt. They said they are right when they had forgotten our order. The waitress did not apologize until later on. My family all agreed that it's normal for a waitress to forget because of the crowded restaurant. But her incompetence and ability to accept her mistake made my mom upset and uncomfortable. On top of the food that the waitress did not serve to my mom, the waitress dared to ask my mom if she wanted her sushi to go when we were about to leave the restaurant after waiting about an hour for our food. This never happened when we went there in the past. I've never seen my mom so upset, and she is a good tipper, but she had to lower her tip payment today. The chicken in the udon was not good. It had a weird after-taste and was a bit smelly. We asked for it to be less salty because it was way too salty when we ordered it in the past; this time, it was too watery and too bland. TSK TSK.....
Slipped a bit due to inconsistency in the fish cuts and quality. Try the Washington. roll if you love salmon! The roll selection and nigiri offerings are outstanding! Last few visits have been inconsistent with some poor cuts of salmon and sloppy rolls. We will return and hope things get back to normal. Service gets slow during busy times.
Best sushi in town! Been going here over 15 years and loved it every time!!
