Huge, nice staff. I’ve had better gut truck sushi. Not as clean as I like my restaurant to be.

Went here to celebrate a birthday last night with a big group & we absolutely loved it. The staff was so nice and took great care of us. The aesthetic was so cute + the Karaoke room. We had the best waitress, shoutout to Laura! She made our experience/night even better ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the best AYCE sushi, hands down. The rolls are all very good, interesting combinations I don't see often, but where they really shine is the basic sushi pieces. Fresh, tender, high-quality fish. Absolutely no skimping on anything to cut costs. It's not just good for AYCE, it's good, period. Best sushi I've had in a very long time. The server was a complete delight, fast service, more than fair price for what you get, heavily-themed but still beautiful decor. They should be packed every night. Wheelchair accessibility: Looks to be comfortable to navigate with a wheelchair. No elevations.

You might think oh it's a sushi buffet and have low expectations but believe me! Their sushi is amazing and high quality!

The best AYCE sushi in Richmond. The food is very fresh and delicious. Been going to Sushi Masa multiple times since they have opened and always want to come back again. The service can be better improved by the waiters checking in more often and the sushi getting prepared quicker but overall it's a good hangout spot with friends.

This was our third visit to this new restaurant. The first two trips were amazing. Apparently management has already changed. This trip was horrible. Serving sizes are now a joke. Teriyaki anything now comes with just the protein and sauce. No rice. No veggies. Nothing. The sushi rolls are smaller. The service was very intrusive. This place is absolutely no longer worth the 30 dollars per person.

Came here with some of my girlfriend’s co-workers to celebrate her birthday. We did the all you can eat sushi. Sushi was about what’s to be expected at an “All you can eat”, but what really set it apart was the great service and atmosphere! For an “All You Can Eat” restaurant, I’d definitely recommend. Parking: I seriously doubt you’d ever have trouble finding parking here.

At last, a quality sushi buffet in Richmond. Fresh, high quality sushi, served fast and delicious. **Edit: 5 stars all the way around. Felisha and Savannah take great care of you, and sushi is served on ice in very decorative dishes. My go-to restaurant in Richmond now. ***Edit***** They have been bought out and the quality of the food has gone straight down. They no longer serve wasabi and ginger on the plates, you have to ask for it each time. I was also informed that they are limiting the sashimi and sushi pieces---that is NOT what an all-you-can-eat place does, and they also cut the sashimi pieces thinner and smaller. The Naruto roll is now 5 quarter-sized pieces with one type of fish inside. NOT satisfactory. The promised plum wine they were supposed to be bringing in has never been brought in and isn't going to be. The scallops are sliced so thin they are mushy. The surf clam was so thin it folds over on the chopsticks. The sashimi boat even looks sad, and uninspired. Without the usual flair and attention to detail, it is lackluster and looks like a much lower quality restaurant, not the restaurant of before, with it's beautiful presentation and good quality, sizeable cuts of fresh, cold fish and seafood. It's no longer my go-to restaurant for sushi. When told about the issues, the uncaring owner just paid lip service. Go back to Houston.
