Lovethe variety of sushi available here. Reminds me of the taste I had experienced in Japan. Hot dishes are great. Grilled eel fried rice, and Ginger grilled pork with Jasmine rice are my favourite. Each main comes with Miso soup and egg pudding (hot). A must-go place if you looking for a taste of Japan. Parking: Seems Saturdays will more parking spaces than weekdays.

During my day trip to Leeds, I indulged in the finest Japanese cuisine I've ever tasted in the UK. The exceptional quality of the dishes transported me to Japan, making it an unforgettable culinary experience.

All Special order The service attitude is very good, the food is of high quality, and the sashimi is very fresh Kinmedai and Fresh Chub mackerel Sashimi Kid-friendliness: They were very nice
Sick food XD, and the waiting time is around 10 mins to 40mins, not too long and great service
I found Sushi M when looking for somewhere to have a quick bite to eat with my son, before attending a concert at Leeds University. When I arrived, the restaurant was about to close but after a short conversation the waitress and chef said they were happy to serve us. The restaurant is a beautifully designed intimate dining space. Everything is clean and crisp with stunning kumiko panels on the walls and furniture. Pushed for time we ordered a simple plate of sushi, which we watched the chef expertly assemble for us. He explained about the various ingredients and fresh raw fish he used. We had a selection of 6 different fish including scallops, tuna, sea bream and squid. For such simple ingredients, the sushi was delicious, particularly the scallops and tuna fat. The waitress was polite and attentive, serving our food and Japanese tea. The staff showed no sign of frustration in working beyond their closing time, in fact they were particularly engaging. In turn we were made to feel relaxed (despite having a deadline of our own) and left feeling fortunate to have been given a very personal dining experience. I have already recommended this restaurant to a number of people and am sure that I will visit again. It is a small space so definitely worthwhile booking in advance. Thank you Sushi M.
