Sushi Boba Pho Cafe Hong Kong Diner

Absolutely wonderful. I loved everything about this place!

Food is very good!

The atmosphere is a cafeteria style setting. Not something that you want to go to if you're into a date night or a fine dining experience. The women behind the counter were definitely unfriendly. There was a line of two people in front of me, I was there for a doordash order and I could see four orders sitting on the counter. I asked them if they could see if my order was ready and they acted highly offended to that. How's the dasher, time is of the essence, the cashier was on the phone and two other women were standing behind her scratching their heads about another order that had not been placed yet. Clearly my order was ready and it was sitting on the counter but I did not want to take it without permission. But they acted like it was a bother. When I make money, they make money. They could be a little bit more hospitable. I made a subsequent visit the same night and was ignored by five women behind the counter. They were blatantly rude. Management should definitely talk to the front of the house staff about their hospitality! If this were My restaurant those women would be fired.

just got some boba, open really late which is nice cause most boba places close at like 8-9pm in Reno. service was quick and the guy at the counter was nice. really good mocha slushie with boba, will definitely come back!

The food is very dry and there's no fork and napkins always . The service is awful. Will not even recommend and go back there!

Excellent place, very good combination of oriental foods!!
