I recently dined at Surya and ordered the butter chicken and chaat platter. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The butter chicken gravy was watered down and lacked flavor, while the bhel in the chaat platter tasted stale, suggesting it had been stored for a long time. Overall, the food quality was poor and the ingredients did not seem fresh. All the 5 * reviews see fake as i don't think anybody should give more than 3* to this place after personally trying it.

Amazing service, very attentive to our requests and explained everything we had questions about comprehensively, with great English and Spanish language staff. Food was excellent (try the chaat!) and the Indian cocktails and desserts were very innovative and delicious.
