Food is great… pricey, but worth it

Pick some up today to take home open it up looked great then once started to eat the shrimp was mushy the mussels and the crab as well I don’t normally leave reviews but I’m sorry it sucked didn’t even get to finish it never again will I eat here the Surfin Crab in Portland

Called right before walking in to confirm what the wait time was before getting my kids out and was told no wait time. Then not even a minute after calling it was magically a 45 minute wait. Mind you we were outside and literally no other customers were walking in. I get being short staffed but maybe communicating on with each other would be ideal so customers don’t leave unsatisfied. Literally won’t be going back.

If you are looking for a night of great food and friendly people then look no further. Just a little on the premium side of prices but more than worth it.

Their appetizer fries with crab was amazing! My sister and I shared a plate that came with 1 lb of crawfish and 1/2 a pound of shrimp and 2 snow crabs. It was delicious, we got the surging crab seasoning, which is all seasonings. The only thing I recommend is that, if you like spicy food, go for the fire flavor because spicy was not spicy at all. The place is a bit small and customer service was good!! Kid-friendliness: They give you a kids menu with activities and crayons for the kids to color and do the activities on it.
