      We really love Ube at Supermoon. Really really love it. This is our take on our Ube Eclair and the garnish from our (rated top 5 cookies in NY times) Honey Cornflake cookie. And, if we don't say so ourselves, is phenomal.\n\nUbe Gelato, Condensed Milk Swirl & Honey Joy Clusters (i know the name is not very inventive)\n\nHoney Joys are gooey honey & butter roasted cornflakes treats that are usually served at kids birthday parties in Australia.
