We create an entirely new menu every Friday based upon unusual local and exotic ingredients. Our influences come from our fresh ingredients and flavors from across the globe. We call our constantly changing menu Food Evolution and we start the process by composting all veggie scraps out at our Tiki Farm. In fact, we are growing unusual veggies and fruits to further drive our creativity! Also - we have our own Food Evolution Lab, where we use various techniques of lacto-fermentation and Koji to drive flavors to the next level!!! Come check us out - we cook because we love to create fabulous dishes & introduce people to unusual flavor combinations. Every Thursday is Taco Night & we do brunch Saturday & Sunday. Open late at night!!
