Nice deco. Staff were great Menu was decent and price was not that bad. Was recomended the brownie which was fab. Would defo come back again to try other items on the menu. Only downside they have is they should have a few seats inside. Guys i give this place 8.5 out of 10. Well recommended by a guy who has a very sweet tooth. See you soon guys.

As this is takeaway dessert place where’s no possible to sit down while you are waiting for your order.(that’s why 3 stars for atmosphere) It would be great if there were a few seats while you waiting your order.. I been told my order would take 10 minutes but in the end it was around 20. So it would be great to have a chance to sit down.. maybe one sofa? Couple seats? Pricing is average same like other dessert shops. £6- up.. Overall, I am super satisfied with my order: presented well and beautifully amazing delicious taste. For that I would give 5+ starts. So far it was the best waffle which I been tried from different places. Thank you!

Their response to a complaint was to act aggressively and try to intimidate my wife. Food took 2 hours to arrive. My wife called the restaurant and was just told it’s still in the shop. When it did arrive I complained and was told (whilst the food was snatched back off me) “we put some extra ice cream in”. The driver obviously didn’t like my complaint as when I told him we would be posting a review he walked away swearing at me. So I swore back. My wife then received a call a few moments later from a withheld number accusing us of being abusive. We then informed the person on the phone that we have the conversation on our Ring doorbell and he then basically low-key threatened my wife. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Their response to complaints is to get aggressive and try and intimidate.

Awful service. We ordered through Uber eats and the order never arrived. It still says “order on its way” yet it’s not here 1hr later after the estimated time of arrival.

Update: ive orderd again !!!!! Still tastes Amazing. This order consists of: A large white choco cookie dough, Skittles (added millions) milkshake and a Bubblicious Sundae.... gotta admit im in a dairy overload but dammm its worth it. -‐-----------------‐-----------------‐---------------- Milkshakes and cookie dough are just simply amazing, cant wait to order again
