Can not order because nobody is ever around they’re hiding in the back or nowhere to be seen. There’s a be back in 5min sign constantly up it’s a useless indicator on when someone will finally be around to take an order when it is always up

Shawn took his time today, as the store was not busy, he was also kind and kept a conversation while making the food!

Crowded as usual

Frequently visiting the MCAS, Subway is my mess hall of choice. Proportions are ample, with commensurate prices, and employee's redundantly exhibiting attention to details, professionalism, and respect for and of all patrons. Miss Kim run's a tight ship, but gives as good as she gets, and with a smile. In lieu of my ability to rate miss Kim's Subway greater than 5-stars, please accept a hearty, Outstanding. SF

the Store times need to be updated. Walked from my house to this particular store for them to close 1hr early. Parking: Store closed early

I like the new layout of the place. Less stingy with the condiments than the past. Good customer service. I shall return.

This was my first time placing an order online and visiting this particular subway. I drove over to this subway to pickup my online order and stood in line. When it was my turn, the girl behind the counter told me to stand by the register and an employee would bring me my order. I had ordered a sandwich, chips, and a cookie. I had also grabbed a second bag of chips to pay for it as I wanted a snack for later. The male employee (the one with long dark hair) told me I had already ordered chips and that I could not pay for the second bag and he handed me my online order. I got back to my workplace and there were no bags of chips at all in the subway bag. Needless to say I plan to never return to this Subway and I even went as far to tell all of my coworkers of my experience as well.
