The staff are very friendly

Came in to order food after work. Was asked how many subs rather than a friendly hello how can I help you. The young man behind the counter seemed a little lost with what he was doing. Prepared the subs I ordered as needed. He asked his coworker for the large bags because I had ordered combos and it would be too much for a small bag. She rolled her eyes when I asked for a large bag after she told him to put it in a small bag. After being in the service industry for 20 years I know we don't always enjoy our jobs all the time but at least fake it til your guests leave. Shame to see what I had to deal with this evening

This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to and mostly because of the sandwich artist, Kim. She was rude and impatient. She obviously did not want to work and was very sloppy making our sandwiches. The man in front of me politely asked her to spread the peppers out but she told him “you just want to argue”. I wanted my peppers spread out too but after witnessing that incident, I decided not to ask. My order was a mobile order and I got there at the specified pickup time but it was not done. I watched her make it in front of me as if I was a walk in. Very poor service, won’t be back.

Wasn't the greatest experience. 1 - Veggies were not ripe. Tomatoes were green and hard 2 - This is the big one. The employee that was making my sandwich couldn't even talk to me. She was too busy talking to her mother who was sitting at a table. It was as if I wasn't even there. And If I asked for something to be added I would get a look of " really" like I was interrupting their personal conversation. Not how you treat a customer who's sandwich you are trying to make. I won't be back. I'll try Jersey Mikes next time.

One of the sandwich makers had there 8 year old with them. I'm guessing they didn't have daycare....totally okay with that but I didn't enjoy having the little tike ask me 20 questions while I was trying to eat. Their parent should have seen what was happening but they were too busy making sandwiches

The best Subway in PA. The best service ever. The ladies were absolutely wonderful.
