My friends and I ordered online sandwiches, only 2 were made. The 3rd one the lady didn't even look at or make, she just said "oh there's was an order" won't be coming back.
Food was OK. The lettuce was browning I let the employee know and he still put it on my sandwich then refilled the container for the next customer. I told the cashier I got no response literally, she ignored me completely. Yes, I did repeat the complaint, she definitely heard me.
I visited this subway on 10-18-23 and was greeted by a friendly young lady who’s name I forgot but it started with a “C” or maybe a “K” she was polite and very informed and knowledgeable about the menu and the coupon that I used and for every question that I asked she made me feel like a person and not as if I was an idiot like some other fast food restaurants do this will be my go to subway because of the excellent customer service that I received
They do not honor Subway coupons at this location. The franchise owner of this location refuses to accept them. The girl working the counter was very friendly though.
Employees last night was to busy taking to each other to help customers. Finally got my food but there was bugs ony sanwidge. Never eating here again. Bad service, bad food.
The food was ok... prices are not very good. Service wasn't that bad. Six inches are very expensive now. And no one takes coupons in town, which makes it worse.
Love subway food only this location in particular ALWAYS HAS ONLINE ORDERING OFF! What an inconvenience when you’re in a rush and trying to order. What’s the whole point if you’re always turning it off?
Didn't even receive my order but took my money off my card so mad grrrr
