Subway

My daughter ran in to get a sub. The worker toasted it when she said no. Of course she's too nice to say anything. She got a footlong with no sauce on it but asked for it on the side instead since she takes half to school the next day and doesn't want it soggy. They only gave her half the sauce she asked for as apparently there is a limit. But again she had none on her sub so that made no sense. Service at this location has gone down hill over the years. Good thing there are 3 others in close distance. She was treated differently because she is a child and that's too bad.

I came to this location today at 1130am to grab lunch for myself and my kids. When adding the veggies I asked for lettuce. When she put it on my sub I noticed it was browning….So I looked at the second container and it was also browning. I then asked if there was any fresh lettuce (just like the slogan eat fresh) and I was told no, that this was the last day. Which really didn’t make sense to me as either.i should also add both containers were less then half full.So I asked her to take it off my sub as it was gross. How can a sandwich place serve BROWN LETTUCE REALLY DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTED

Clean store. Food is always fresh. I love this store. Staff is very friendly . Will come back again.

Evening staff is very rude, One staff member also made two very bad sandwich almost like they were made with no care and it showed in the sandwich, barley ate it. Would not recommend this location.

Would not recommend coming here in the evening. One of the staff members was yelling in a different language clearly talking about other customers and I had to tell the other staff member to change his gloves when making my sandwich because he was getting pizza sauce all over mine after putting it on another sandwich, he then complained in his language that I made him change his gloves. Very poor service and food quality.

I've been eating subway for 15 years tonight they served me one of the worst I've ever had. The bread literally tastes and feels 5 days old. The whole thing is rock solid. Its prime dinner time right now. The person working told me it was baked fresh this morning. If this is their understanding of fresh... mother of dog, go a couple blocks down and hit the one on McLeod. Do not go to this location if you value your mouth.

Employee dead faced told me there was no soup as I was looking at a steaming insert of it and the soda from the machine tastes moldy as if their lines haven't been cleaned in awhile.

We've had bad luck with this location. The staff don't seem to know the menu. When ordering a rice bowl they added veggies first then added the hot rice on top. This was not an isolated incident either, we've had numerous issues with this location. We recommend going to the mcvicar mall location just north of Chief Peguis on Henderson.
