THEY DO NOT TELL YOU BEFOREHAND SO YOU END UP PAYING WITH MONEY! AVOID SUBWAY AND SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! I wouldn't recommend this Subway to anyone, particularly to people with allergies or vegetarians. I have been to this Subway twice and on my most recent visit when there was an event at Wembley Stadium. It got busy, and they had extra staff to keep up with the demand, but unfortunately, the staff they had clearly weren't trained to do the basics. One person requested for no cheese but they put cheese in their sub and once told they didn't want it they took it off the chicken they put it on and then put it back in the cheese pile. Not good if you are a vegetarian or have got allergic to something because who knows what else they may do. This Subway is small and doesn't have enough room inside when it is busy. Unfortunately some customers don't put their rubbish in the bin but the staff fail to keep it tidy and clean as well.
I have enough points for to get foods and I asked that staff to spend my points for free food that time that staff is ignore me not accept my request.

I didn't enjoy the new garlic steak at all. No taste of garlic, the ingredients were falling apart in my hands, is was not warm even if they supposedly heated it. 7.4 for a small one not worth it
Refusing to come to this subway again, there were a number of flies around the cookies. When I told the worker I didn’t want any for obvious hygiene and health reasons the worker took huge offensive to make decision. They got to work on the places hygiene! this isn’t the first time customers have complained about how dirty it is there and still no change.
