Subway

This location suffers from one thing, there is one employee that seems to be always moody. When she is working I leave. I just don’t want to deal with her. Everybody else that have served me here was satisfactory or better. I don’t understand why the owners of this franchise choose to keep this lady here. She is obviously unhappy. Conclusion; this place would get more business and more “repeat” customers if she changed her attitude or quit/fired. 2 star average for service for the other guys that have served me. Yeah, her service brings the average down that much. Honest truth.

Husband walked in to get sandwiches for the kids. He wanted 3 sandwiches. The lady working made 2 sandwiches and then told him he would have to do a separate transaction for the third sandwich and wait 20 plus minutes because a Togo order was placed and that she needed to stop helping him to prioritize the order that was going to be picked up! So two kids got dinner and we had to go elsewhere to find dinner for the third. She also kept adding things we didn’t ask for (like double meat) on both sandwiches and then asked if we wanted it while saying it’s already on there and we would be charged for it even though we never asked for it! Never again

Run of the mill Subway. Always get what I want. No complaints. The workers are very friendly and the location is super convenient.

Horrible customer service. The owner should be ashamed of herself. Also she stated she would not take coupons but I could do it online and get a discount or something like that. Won't be going back there

Well, I walked out with my sandwich, but never heard a word out of the kid who was working there? Didn't even bother to say hello back when I greeted him upon entering. Horrible customer service.

The girl who makes the sandwiches was rude and racist she also wasn’t talking properly for some reason even though I have been to this location multiple times and I know she can speak fluent English. Some random worker also kept on staring at me.

The guy needs more customer service training and quit smoking near de restaurant as well.

I ordered chips online and used a coupon and I ended up not getting the chips
