Ordered online. Bread wasnt cooked all the way. Added toppings that i didnt even order. Gave me wrong bread on both sandwiches. Didnt toast or cut my sub. All around horrible will go to another location next time.

Great place to work and eat workers are friendly

So today I went in to grab a 6” Tuna Sub. The Sandwich artist who helped me was a Woman older than me with a Fantastic personality and knew how to make a Tuna Sub! It was great to connect with someone like minded. I think she was Irish. I am Polish. But I like spicy sour seafood subs! Not sure of her name but if you are fortunate enough to have her make your food, she knows what’s up! 🫶🫶🫶

I have been eating at Subway since 86/87. The BMT I order most of the time. Tonight's Subway BMT is like brand new sandwich! I truly think its the best one I've ever had! Hats off the Team at the Subway Shop at: 4011 Monroe St, Toledo, OH 43606 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have had bad experiences at this location, but my experience last night made up for it all. Both ladies working were the sweetest, very attentive, quick, polite, and all around great. Wish I would have gotten their names- but it was two girls working at 10 pm on a Thursday. Thank you ladies for not being the usual miserable employees I encounter! Made my night!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I had to wait 20 minutes for my online order, I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, and they screwed mine up. The bacon was burnt black and they gave me the wrong bread. The workers are lazy and the young man was high as a kite.

Food was wonderful and employees were fast. The environment was not the best, dirt everywhere and trash on the floor.

The criminal they had working at the register was confrontational and made threats when I was picking up my online order. This poor excuse for a man was disrespectful and a self proclaimed criminal. After this loser started with being short and when I excused myself he said I would be standing there waiting for my food till they close, he said he was from Chicago and would assault me if he wasn’t on papers for other charges. One of the women who worked there that gave me my food was a sweat heart and seemed to be fluent in customer service. Although I really wish I would have ordered my food at the hospital instead of this location. They will apparently hire anyone who thinks they can make a sandwich and talk down to paying customers at this location. I was told I was not out of line by two other customers in line, but I will not be coming back. He’s a lowlife who shouldn’t be working at any subway or customer service related job where families and working folks come to pick up food without all the headache I was just subjected to. It’s no wonder they need to serve food behind security glass. I understand why this coward works there,.

They close their store down early even though they're still serving customers

Whatever you do, don't order on the mobile app from this location. I just waited 40mins for an online order, and stood in the store for 20mins while the staff served 7 people in line (including one girl who walked in after me) before attending to the one mobile order they had to fulfill. They gave me free cookies, but frankly, I'd just like to get my food in a timely manner. It was pretty obvious that the guy that was high as a kite and didn't know how to operate a toaster oven was the reason they got so busy in the first place. Literally any other Subway (or restaurant in Toledo for that matter) would be a better choice than this location. Do not waste your time/money

It if gave the option for zero or even negative stars they would receive. We weren’t greeted, the store was dirty, the employees where fighting and cussing at one another right in front of us and other customers, they messed up our food and when my husband asked them to stop yelling and fighting so they didn’t mess up our food the black girl started screaming and cussing at my husband. She lucky I recently got right with God and ain’t pull her over the counter. Trashy, unprofessional, dirty store, and nasty food.
