Placed an online order stated ready at 6:25pm, "Not Estimated" and arrived at 6:30 pm, NOT ready, not even close, but every walk-in customer got their order face to face taken care of. It's now 6:50p. I'm still waiting on this order. Zero sense of urgency now 3 customers in line waiting 10+ minutes before being acknowledged. No leadership or manager that I can see. Finally, I received my food at 6:55pm 30 minutes exactly late. The young lady short hair did apologize, but 30 minutes late still. Poor managing & leadership!

Always great people working there. Usually the ingredients are fresh but the last 2 times I went the spinach and lettuce was wilted. Tomatoes had been out too long. I'll be going back but please change that stuff out when it starts to wilt.

This was worst experience I have ever had at a Subway. My wife and I stopped in for 2 footlongs, and when it came time to put the veggies on our sandwiches, we noticed the lettuce was very brown and frozen. We asked if they had a different lettuce, the lady making our sandwiches (Jen) who I'm assuming was the manager, said unfortunately they didn't have anymore lettuce....mind you it was 1 o'clock in the afternoon. From that point she was very nasty and unpleasant. She was flinging cucumbers and tomatoes like frisbees, and then completely saturated my sub with mayo. She had most nasty , unpleasant attitude I have ever seen in the hospitality business , and really seemed to be annoyed that she had to work. I'm usually a good tipper, but because of this Jen lady, I didn't leave a tip which is really unfortunate for the other 2 young ladies who have to work with this Jen. I will NEVER go back to this place again. Thank you Jen for the most nastiest, unpleasant experience.

I usually don’t order from this particular subway, and every time I do I am reminded why, I placed in online order at 4:29 to be ready at 5:05pm. My wife went to pick up the order at 5:15 and the order wasn’t only not ready but not even started. Than when asked about it they hastily threw it together, not one apology nothing next time we will drive the extra few miles to go to a better subway.

Ordered delivery from here and won't be making that mistake again. Just got my sandwhich like 5 minutes ago and my drink was forgotten which I admit could've been the drivers fault. But I can say this is the saddest subway sandwhich I've ever had. BARELY any meat I'm talking like maybe 4 maybe five pieces for an entire footlong. Maybe the quality of subway has gone way down or this is just a stingy location. Either way won't order here again and recommend you don't either. Go to Goodcents or something

Clean restaurant, courteous employees and excellent sandwiches.

Only one in line, waited 10 min while they made multiple online orders. Didn't bother to ask how many sandwiches I would be ordering, but mine was very simple. After the 8 or 9 difficult online sandwiches were made, they finally asked me what I wanted. And when I told them, my sandwiched bypassed the other 6 that were still being made and I was out the door. I bet those online orders were still waiting there 10 min after I left. I think store customers should get service first before online orders.

Wow what a disappointment of a location manager. My daughter want in for a interview literally 2 weeks ago and then they call her up and say she has the job and my daughter explained to the hiring manager that she would not be abel to work the first Saturday as I have a family church thing and my daughter is to be there. I guess this manager did not tell the g.m of this location and told my daughter she did not care that she needed to be there or loss the job. First of all it took 2 weeks. I have been in management for over 20 years. And never have I spoke to some one as ugly like this. I tried to call in my daughter's defense by explaining the owner was so extremely rude to me interrupted me and said she did care. I don't know what her name was. But if anyone is looking for a job stay away from this. Horrible lady. I assured my daughter as this would of been the best this because could you imagine what it would be like to work with this Karen. My goodness. I saved my daughter from torture. Buy buy subway and the person that needs to calm down. Subway is a first time job not a life time. Stay away. What a rude and disgusting person to speak to anyone in this way.
