Subway

Called to place a large order and young lady on the line just placed me on hold without mentioning. When I explained what I needed from another gentleman, he asked to leave my phone number and I would get a call back from Store manager! 3 different employees to place a large order. I was so over it, that I went somewhere else.

How do you get a salad wrong??? By making a salad without lettuce ‍♀️ Ordered online and made the mistake of not checking my food before I left. I should have known better than thinking two giggling teenage girls who were too wrapped up in their conversations would get my online order right Come one subways You can do better

Very polite and friendly young staff and service. I would note this to the management/owners: the crew was operating well but had no supervision 2 days in a row and was therefore unable to respond to a minor issue (the short story is: I presented a coupon for a free cookie but was accidentally charged). I called the day of the issue and received an apology, which is nice; but I still paid for a free item. I was passing by the next day and stopped in in hopes of getting my coupon back and received an apology again. Again, nice but not how sevice establishments typically run. There should be an experienced leader at least at most times with such a junior crew.

The owner Victor is very hands on he’s even made my sandwich before! The employees are nice.

Went on a whim and the staff was incredibly hospitable and inviting. Food was delish!!!

I love going there after church on Sunday. The sandwich are so delicious. And everyone is very helpful and friendly and welcoming. I go a lot.

Good customer service

This is the best subway shop I’ve been too, luckily it’s close to where I live so it’s my go to subway. I never get a bad sub, each time it’s just as good as the last and the employees are always so nice!

The kids they hire at this subway are GREAT, well mannered and detail oriented. We have had nothing but great experiences going here! Most times people put the negative reviews and dog out the employees…the guys that worked tonight display the type of customer service that others can truly learn from.
