Ive given 5 stars for food and service coz the lad serving was amazing. Management on the otherhand should get no stars. The poor boy was on his own with a queue and online orders. He shouldnt have been on his own. It was over an hours wait. Many customers walked out. It needs 2 staff at Saturday 2pm/ lunchtimes. The lad serving was calm,friendly and an asset to the company. Being put in that awful position. Good on him. Im surprised they get any staff,leaving them on their own like that. Parking: 10?
Just had a chicken sub from Waterloo store, the salad tasted like it had chemicals in it. The bun was burnt and unable to eat any of it. I think it’s stupid how you can’t send emails or complain about the food. Only way of doing it is on google reviews.
Fast, friendly service with lots of options. Food all looked and tasted fresh. One of the best Subways out there.
I made an order through just eat and they got half of my order wrong, as well as it being cold and stale and the cheese was burnt. Completely inedible.
Orders always wrong or missing. Yesterday ordered and it failed to arrive. Delivered to wrong number. Store manager Lauren couldn't be less helpful. No solution other than to get it myself. Won't be using again

Last week, I ordered a baller menu and wanted to exchange the crispy onions with regular onions. The person making it was extremely rude and berated me in front of the other customers. It is safe to say I was rather embarrassed and won't be coming back there anymore.
