Subway

Customer service is horrible. The food is not being toasted properly it’s like they are only toasting the bread and not the meat and cheese, and when ordering online they are out of certain products that are not marked out of stock so they want to up charge me for a different item. The man that works there is rude and disrespectful he does not care about the customers or the establishment.

First time back since they have re open and let me just say I was impressed I was the only customer and it took a total of five minutes or less to get my food the new staff were super nice and friendly and the environment was great and fresh and clean I'll definitely be back love subway Italian herb bread .

I ate here on February 1st 2024, I was hooding to go there pick my food up and leave well they decide to first, add extra food to my bag no biggie, well I return the food that I didint order and check my and further and they mess up my drinks I try to let them know and they first said they would help then told me it’s not possible. Second I go home open my food and take a look at it, they halved my portions and mind you I order extra mayonnaise they add almost none. Please don’t order here if you won’t subway go ro the Denny’s ave one.

Steak and chicken subs are cool, but the toppings and meat are skimpy. I hate why they put the meat in lil trays, it gets dry

2 stars only because they do not accept coupons! Was really disappointed that the other subway nearby is closed for remodel so they decided not to accept any coupons I guess because they have no competition while they are closed. Was not expecting to spend double when I arrived and went to pay to be told they aren't accepting coupons right now. So much for my buy 1 get 1 free coupon for lunch! Disappointed at the greed.
