Staff needs to grow up and serve customers instead of chatting with their friends and ignore customers...
Went into subway today as I do about once a week just as a treat and handy snack the store says the close at 7pm I went in at 6pm and they said we only are doing takeaway I was curious on why they where only doing takeaway only so I asked why? The girl behind the counter was very unpleased and said with an attitude because we have to clean the shop, know bear in mind Buttercrane is opened till nine and they would have time after the shop closes to clean the shop. This is my first ever bad experience with subway and was very shocked.
I'm a coeliac and ordered Gluten Free The Baller... asked to wait as meatballs weren't quite ready... 10mins later presented with my meal... I ate it but later discovered it wasnt gluten free... Utterly disgusted for trusting them. Never again
Selection for vegetarian on the menue BUT is rarely ever actually available! very unfriendly staff and not helpful at all!!! Don't think I'd bother going back. Vegetarian options: 2 opitions for vegetarian but both not available. This seems to be a frequent reaccurances
Good food but tables were not clean. Literally had to push someone elses rubish on a side of table so we can have space to eat our sandwich.
Dirty, slow service... not recommended
After experiencing a highly stressed situation in here. 2.10.21,13.40. Girl was folding my sandwich where salad fell out.. she threw it in the bin. I aired my upset but she wasn't paying proper attention. Spent too much time making lettuce neat and the sandwich was getting cold.Management pls train the girls to have common sense. Thks,
