ordered a chicken teriyaki salad she left chicken sitting on counter after heating it for 5 minutes so it ended up being cold by the time they even started with the vegetables, when I got it had very little Lettuce no tomatoes no Cucumber which I asked for. servers are rude and can't understand very well. when I brought it back she argued with me and while my husband and I were sitting she looked our way laughing . Will never go there again giving them a 1 was being generous
This specific location is untidy and slow. I use door dash and they don't even honor the timely purpose of the app. I am told "1sec" and he continues on with people entering the door placing orders Yikes.
Stopped buying after hectic Christmas shopping day and the young girl was so nice and made me the best sandwich. Fresh ingredients and a smile. ❤️
Excellent sandwich but the prices are so high lately..
Ordered a Turkey club and requested no lettuce or tomatoes and use honey mustard instead of mayo. Surely not that complicated! I should have ended up with turkey, cheese and bacon with honey mustard right? What I got was an extremely dry turkey sub. It was completely inedible. Will stick with Tim's.
Terrible customer service.
I gave the food a 2 because I can't eat onions and I didn't ask for onions but some found their way into my sandwich and mouth grrrr, the service a 2 because I think it's very rude/discriminatory when people speak their cultures language in front of you while you're there giving them business. I am not racist in anyway but I will not be back because of that, I'll find another location.
Burnt bread and really super finicky about coupons. Signature series subs 6 inches 1/2 and 1/2 are still signature series and the coupon should still count, that's the whole reason I come in. Also the service was slow.
After messing up my sandwich because of the sauce menu she argued with me and said “ How am I suppose to know “ it’s your job lady. So I didn’t even buy it as she continued to argue. Then when I asked her to fix the menu she told me to shut up while exiting. 0 Stars. I’ll be in contact with The Owner. Late: realized they didn’t offer any sort of compensation. Make sure they don’t mess up your order or waste your time as they won’t do much about it.
