This place used to be fire until the last two times I ate hear their were small chicken bones in my chicken sandwich. A real bummer,

I stopped by this location for lunch. There was only one customer when I arrived. I waited to be helped, I asked the lady working if there was dairy in the bread. She replied, I'm not sure, I think it's like regular bread you buy at the grocery store. Then she said, let me ask my manager. He answered yes, there. I asked to be clear, "all your bread has dairy?" He mumbled something and the lady turned back to me and said yes, there is. According to the website, that isn't correct but no-one at this location could be bothered to look it up. I have a severe dairy allergy and was in need of something quickly. My meeting had run longer that expected and I had to take medication with food. I would have given zero stats but sadly that's not an option.

In conclusion, I want to thank you for your outstanding service and products, and I commend Alicia M and Victoria B for going above and beyond in their roles. Excellent customer experience, clean and well organized subway. This was my first time here and would definitely return and highly recommend to family and friends. Raj treated us with a big smile and provided excellent customer service. Keep it up :)
