Please don’t do the same mistake which I did and go to this Subway in the Phoenix mall. They do whatever they want with your sub and say that nothing can be customised. Rude and pathetic experience.

So stupid. I swear to god, so stupid. Whoever that 5 feet idiot is y'all should fire him. Asked him for Southwest sauce, he said they discontinued it. Service is very very bad. I don't understand how they are still working there.

They always have some or the other breads in short supply and oven not functioning well. Also proper hygiene needs to be maintained. The serving people are mostly new guys and confused most of the time plus a blank face is seen when asked for options. Please brief them properly.

Terrible service. Attitude of the cashier was terrible and pretended the customers didn’t exist even when spoken to. They’re even reluctant to prove an extra tissue and had to be asked twice. No proper bill provided, a handwritten one was given. Sub par experience.

Ashwin Pawar the cashier acted very rudely with me in front of many other customers. He didn't have a QR Code and he is informing me this after I've placed the order. Even after that he blamed me after placing the order by saying that, "You should have informed me earlier that you are paying my QR code." That's not the way someone treats a customer. The cashier should inform before a customer places an order that the QR Code payment is not available. I usually have other sources of payment with me, but unfortunately today I didn't. In any case, the cashier shouldn't ever say something like this to the customer.
