I didn’t quite catch her name but the person who made my sandwich she kept skimping with it, I asked for banana peppers and she only gave me 2 when I asked her extra she gave me a dirty look and only gave me one extra
Placed an order via the app. The app offered me a buy one get one free offer. Placed my order and paid. Drove to the restaurant. The restaurant decided to cancel my order without telling me as they don't accept promotion offers, even ones I didn't ask for, but the app offered.
I ordered a protein bowl through the Subway app, and the experience at the store was absolutely unacceptable. When I walked in to pick up my order and tried to confirm it, the employee rudely snapped at me, telling me not to instruct him and that he would follow the order himself. His attitude was completely uncalled for.
On top of that, he refused to add extra vegetables when I politely asked and then completely forgot the double meat I had paid for. When I reminded him, he complained that the bowl was too full! This is beyond frustrating – I can’t believe this is the level of service Subway is providing. Extremely disappointed and angry about how I was treated.
I ordered thru the app 2x and they keep cancelling my order this is not the way to do a business do not order here thru the app because they will cancel
The restaurant said it was not included in the Bogo discount. I can accept that but why do I have to deal with the refund process? Also, if franchise owners are rejecting orders on their own initiative, why do you have a mobile app? This is not behavior befitting a professional brand. I wasted my points. You wasted my time. I will also write a Google review for this location.
Good spot to get a tuna sub. Have been to this location regularly throughout the last few years and was never disappointed.

came to order subway but they refused my promotion that is run by corporate go to the one at 605 E El Camino Real Suite 4 instead much better and they accept promos
Ordered a salad box and they only filled 20% of the box and refused to add more spinach. Staff very unfriendly. Ended up still hungry afterwards
The refuse to accept any coupons and are very rude the say no manager when you want to talk to one horrible customer service this one should be shut down
