Felt really bad for the little ol Kady working all alone.

Come here all the time on my lunch break. Always tip well too. I ordered a pizza sub with fresh mozzarella at 12pm on 11/13/2023. The lady who started my sandwich (didn't catch her name) informed me fresh mozzarella is extra. I said it's worth it because it tastes so good. She said "yeah, whatever" and that was it. I don't expect service employees to be happy go lucky all the time, but this lady always somewhat rude. She never responds to hellos or thank yous in any way. Everyone else is always very friendly.

I go to this establishment many times a week. The dark hair lady that was working today needs a lot of training when it comes to working with people. So rude. Nothing but a bad attitude and dirty looks from her. I will definitely take my business to another establishment

The most rude employees ever. I'm sorry you were inconvenienced to make a sandwich at 11:40AM when nobody else was in the store.

Food and the service was awesome

Extremely rude and unpleasant staff. And after reading recent reviews it seems to be the same lady I experienced as well as others.

Food is great as usual. There is, however, a very rude employee who seems to really hate being there. I’m not sure of her name but she has dark hair and is obviously annoyed with customers. She waited on us the last two times we were there. Management should probably either fire her or get her some training.

Was there yesterday this dark haired woman was extremely rude to me when I was ordering. She has such a bad attitude. I had my 2 young grandchildren with me . After we ate there was a little mess it was on the floor. I went out of the building she was stareing at me and giving me dirty looks as I was backing up she was sweeping the floor so hard she broke the broom. I pulled back in and I went in and asked her her name. She refused and just kept saying why. So I asked another one of the workers what her name was and she said Kimberly. This woman is the rudest person!! I won't be back I don't think I deserved to be treated this way after spending my hard earned money. I wrote corporate about her . I hope they care of this woman!
