So glad to hear this place is under new management. The portion size is a lot smaller now, the price has increased but the service now is much better.The dink machine is finally working so definitely a plus. I use to go in at night, and there was a some drunks or drug looking users before, but since recently visiting there’s been different girls (older white lady & black girl)…working, who have been super friendly and helpful and always has the place clean. So I’m assuming they have new people onboard! No more getting my sandwich made with dirty knives and supposedly they’re permanently open 24 hours again wit 24 hour mobile ordering. Hopefully this place continues to improve with new management and new faces but the night shift staff has definitely improved. Haven’t visited during the morning yet. Will continue to visit for now.

I’ve noticed that the fountain drink machine is finally working! Apparently it’s due to them being under new management and honestly I can’t wait to see how they do and improve the store, The bad reviews give it a bad rep, but it should be worth it now!

First I want to say, the staff and the employees here are amazing ALWAYS nice and friendly . The reason I am giving 2 stars is they have to deal with the owner not stepping in to properly supply their store . For example .. the drink machine has been down for close to a YEAR I'm a local business owner and drop in occasionally to get a healthier lunch. Every time every single time I'm in there they are usually out of something and the drink machine has never been fixed. . Last week it was "to go" boxes for mini pizzas for my sons and I had to ask the associate to place it in A salad tray. The employees are amazing and doing the best they can. The owner is rarely ever there and doesn't care to take initiative to fix reoccurring issues OR make sure his store has what it needs . Many customers get annoyed and take it out on his staff and they are literally doing the best that they can with minimal resources. It is irresponsible with this store being at An I-85 exit being high traffic to not be better prepared for customers. Staff gets 10 stars! Their owner is MIA.

Employees were very nice and respectful, excellent service and food was delicious.

Cookies were great! Food areas looked clean and well stocked. Employees should stop using register while preparing food! I go in there almost daily and I have got keep asking them to change gloves prior to touching food. That is disgusting.

Once again Subway screwed up my online order and made zero sandwiches (after the app said my order was ready!). When I get there the incompetent person behind the counter is mumbling under the glass so I can't hear a thing. Don't waste your time here. The place has only gotten worse over seven years. Parking: The parking is for the gas station. No one knows how to park properly there.

Terrible. Why have uber orders if not open.
