I do not know why I keep give this Subway location so many chances. Waited in Drive thru 20 minutes before was acknowledged. Then was Overcharged. When went into the store for refund Evelyn was very rude and was not going to give me my refund. Claims it was going to take a long time to call her manager for her to give the refund. They charged me for a footlong, when I got a 6". When I got home the chicken was ICE COLD and BACON was too! This is always warmed up then put on the sub. The most upsetting part was how rude Evelyn was. The other gal gave me a refund out of her own pocket. This will be the last chance I give this location!
Staff was on top of it. Food was fresh bread was good. Best subway in Loveland!!!
My husbands 12” BLT was almost all lettuce and bread. I ordered avocado for an extra $1.29 and in return got no cheese or avocado on my sandwich. I was pretty disappointed that I did not receive what I paid for.
Inside this Subway at 5pm to pick up a sandwich and use a coupon. This is a Subway I've visited many times. Only one person working there - running both the indoor food prep and the drive thru. Service incredibly slow due to the single employee. I show the employee a coupon and was told the coupon would work for $8.99 for the 12-inch sub combo meal I wanted. Except when I finally checked out, I was told the non-expired coupon would not work - and that I had to pay full price (over $13.00) and that did not include the combo portion - just the sandwich. I was hungry - so rather than argue about it - I just paid and left. But I will not visit this Subway again. It took me 25 minutes to get a one sandwich - for which I think I paid too much. So sad these businesses exist - but refuse to hire enough competently trained staff to run them properly. Perplexing really.
This was a very poor Subway experience for me. Hopefully, someone will try to fix these problems - before they lose more customers.
Drive through order. I waited 20 minutes behind one other person and got a ham sandwich, not the Boss I ordered. Guess I’m getting a sandwich that costs $3 less for my time.
Didn’t mind the lady at the drive through.

Worst subway I've ever been too...last time I ever go here. The phone isn't even connected, they leave it off the receiver to avoid picking up calls. Worst employees undeserving of their pay. They are so bad at their jobs.

I asked for extra onion jalapenos and banana peppers i only got 2 banana peppers and 1 jalapenos like for real bro you can read i asked for extra and i didnt even get any onion there was no lettuce or spinach im so disappointed i was looking forward to all my condiments just to see that none of whatni asked for was there
This is less than a quarter mile walk from my work so when it's decently nice outside it's a great escape from my day. I just wish they had faster free internet
I always come to this subway, they have very nice employees! I have really bad anxiety sometimes and I struggle ordering. Just today, I ordered pickles on my sandwich and they put olives. When i finally corrected them, they told me it's totally okay to correct them and they're happy to fix it for me. It made me feel so much better about it. I forgot their name or i'd put it on here. But definitely recommend this one.
The website and front door hours state that this location is open until 9:30 pm on Saturday nights. The store was closed when I arrived at 9:12 pm.
It’s subway. Why is there a bloody drive thru? Bc they were so busy with the drive through orders it took them 20 mins to start and complete my 1, 6” sub order. Drink machine was leaking and 3 of the drinks I tried all tasted wrong. Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a subway.
Used the drive through twice during my lunch break now. The food was good, got a different person at the window each time and both of them were very friendly and they were very fast. Thanks 👍
Paid for a BLT with avacado in the drive-thru I got home and had mostly bread and ranch. There were 2 pieces of bacon on each side (4 pieces on an entire foot long), same with tomatoes and they were shriveled and looked like they had been sitting out all day. The was no avocado, very little lettuce, and the only other two extra ingredients I ordered (banana peppers and onions) were not on it at all. I have worked at Subway so I know that this is not how they make sandwiches. The drive-thru attendant was rude and pushy. I’ve been going to this Subway since they opened, but will not be going back.
The sandwich was leaking through the bag that’s how drenched and soggy it came after only getting it minutes before. A foot long meatball marinara that I waited 20 mins for in the drive through that also only came with 2 meatballs total. Absolutely disgusting and inedible.
