It was really bad experience for me.a Very bad service by afternoon staff and the guys who is handling the till section he was such a rude person I have ever seen.I asked for nachos. I have more than 2000 points and I wanna redeem those and he says he was not allowed to redeem those, why!!!!!. I been there before and I get my Nacho's for free. They don't have any fix standard to follow. It's okay if they don't want to give me free but at least he can be nice with me.They make their own rules. Would totally suggest to not buy anything from this Albion street store. Thanks

Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered, restaurant was so filthy, which completely put me off my food. Will not be returning

Asked for a veggie patty and they had none, no big deal, but the young man across the counter was so so lovely, gave me extra cheese, and an extra cookie just to say sorry. He’s always so friendly and upbeat, great customer service.

Staff member yesterday evening was horrible, rude, abrupt, and impatient. Racism at its finest.

Great food at a reasonable price, really enjoyed
