Great customer services, store was neat and tidy, very trained staff and alot of option to choose from. I would personally recommend this place

I went to this location two days ago and i must say they have maintained it well and organised. Am a vegetarian so I ordered footlong veggie patty Two girls were there and one of them took my order quickly. They made it with good care, proper handwash and taking care of not touching any meat. Even they clean and washed the veggie knife twice before cutting my sandwich. Both of the girls were very nice as well. I must recommend this.

Went and ordered a 6 inch ham. Meanwhile the owner is making a sandwich with him and his buddy. All the while his buddy is taking a video, like it's the most revolutionary thing ever captured on video. The whole time , a line 6 people deep isn't being tended too because he needed to show his friend how to make a sandwich. My sandwich is finally done. And we get to sauces. I ask for mustard and am told that they don't carry it. How can you carry Jerk Aioli , but can't carry mustard. Circle K is 200 ft away. Go buy a couple bottles. Or drive a couple kms, go to Costco and buy a case. You have the time to get in the way of your employees to take a stupid video , but can't drive to get mustard... Weird, weird location.

Not very friendly employees

Horrible experience at this subway The Asian lady is very rude and ignorant I received a bad service n a rude tone which was not acceptable. While im eating my food she’s arguing with an elder because he was having a hard time hearing her. I love subway but she made me not want come back ever again !!!!

Very disappointed at this location. They do not carry mustard even though it’s displayed on the glass as an option. I was not told about this until the sauce station and the employees could care less

This location renovated to a more modern and bright theme. We order from both in-store and online for pick up, eating at home. For the most part, our orders were correct. However, I noticed sometimes the staff missed ingredients or did not follow side notes. For instance, one time we ordered online and stated we want cheese on the side in the side note section, but they put cheese in the sandwich anyways and put sauce on the side instead. I also noticed when we ordered a sandwich stating to be grilled, it wasn't grilled. When ordering inside, I sometimes see food pieces outside of their corresponding bins and on other bins. Service is generally decent. Some days, the staff is in a cheerful mode, and others they are not. There are a variety of snack and drink options. The interior is clean and navigable. The preparation time is reasonable, though during busy times, expect to wait a little longer. Pricing is also decent. Sometimes there are discount coupons that are delivered in the mail that can be used here. Vegetarian options: Available. Can request extra non-meat items at no cost.

Poor customer service. Not very clean.
