I have ordered delivery via the subway app and on two different occasions i have simply just not got my food. Currently it says they have been preparing it for over an hour. I think maybe they simply are busy and the order got lost. I try to call the restaraunt three different times just for them to let it ring and ring and not answer it. I love subway and its normally my go to lunch on my day off but unless somethong changes this will be my last time coming here
The people are great, they fix your order fast even with specific requests and it is reasonably priced. I really enjoy their sandwiches. I recommend.
Everytime I come here something goes wrong. Everytime I have gone through the drive through my order has been made incorrectly. Two times I've come in and have been charged and wrung up for the wrong meals. I eat out probably more than I should, and I don't complain often but it getting a bit crazy especially for how expensive it's gotten it should at least be made properly
we went in to order and the card machine was broken, so we placed an online order. while sitting and waiting for the order, the two girls working were whining and complaing because there were online orders coming in and standing talking instead of getting the orders done. i dont know their names but one had red in her hair and the other had light brownish hair. they were just overall complaining a lot and it kind of ruined our experience. i understand being short staffed and having a lot of orders, ive worked a similar job. but it takes only a few minutes to make the food instead of being mad the orders keep coming then being mad because "we wont get off early tonight".
