I used to love Subway $5 footlongs and the sub of the day. It's just.. confusing now. I wanted an Italian BMT and when I said that, that is when confusion really set in as I look up at the menu boards. They only show the subway series. The Italian BMT is on there but based on what I gathered it is different, extra meat and I think cheese idk if it's preset toppings also. So she made me the normal Italian BMT. Your options now are to make/build your own sub if you dont want to pay extra for one of the subway series subs, it's just different and not in a good way. The girls working were great and helpful in explaining all of this and helping me with the app which is also "weird" like u have to have the app to scan the code for points not just an online account and the deals like $1 off or bogo you must order through the app. It's too confusing I'm a visual person. It used to be the most frightening, and least favorite thing to do when I was younger to have to pick out my toppings. I'd get super nervous, LOL, BUT, I still have to see it to pick I cant picture what I like over the phone because I'm not one of those that does the same thing everytime so that's a bit of a negative if you want to use deals. My sub was good can't complain.

Owner is rude and inconsiderate and needs to be replaced. She is unqualified to run either stores she supposedly “runs” and is terrible to her employees. Should shut them down or find a new person

Your hours of operation on the door say open till 9:30pm we walked in the door at 9:24pm to grab a sub and leave! But instead were yelled at were closed! All While they just finished up with a family’s order who were getting there soda’s!

Legit worst subway I’ve ever been to. Online ordering is a joke. Only a wheat bread available and the guy said you really what this cardboard bread and then failed on making my second sandwich without dressing. Will never go back. It’s a joke there. Back to your competition

Small building. Clean and orderly. Fast, friendly service. Sub toaster isn't working, but the food was still okay
