If you want good service with a smile, this is the right place. The manager and the staff really take care and are attentive. Highly recommend this place

Half empty subs. I sure hope this reaches customer service,  this order was not up to expectation.  THE SUBS are Half empty - both sub sandwiches, no meat or vegetables for half the sub - both ends, both subs? It lacked content, not enjoyable and over priced even with the discount 699FL code? I'm totally disappointed with Subway 🫥

They serve two undercooked veggie patty subs and in turn bark and say they they can’t refund because I came back a day later. If my sub was genuinely made right, I don’t think I would return to the store with a sub and half in the first place but not everyone in the world are born with common sense.

It is inside Franklin farm shopping center. Very fast service and the surrounding is clean. Friendly staff and has place to sit and eat.

They say restroom is not in service. I don't believe them. If the dont want us to used is fine. Just dont lie .

Food was okay at the very best. If you're of Hispanic descent you get more meat and a better made sub as the two guys in front of me got much bigger cheese steaks. Not clean in the dining area at all. If you're Hispanic you're favored here. I'll never return ever...Yo hablo Español tambien. Very rude employee to think nobody who's white speaks fluent Spanish! Stay away!

I have been going to this restaurant for five years. Waiting in line for my sandwich has never been too long of a wait.

I stopped in to get a Gatorade during a long run when I was 4 miles away from home. I was feeling dehydrated and the woman behind the counter was so nice and friendly. It made my day to encounter such a welcoming employee, even though I was covered in sweat.

The lady was coughing into the bread cabinet. Didn’t even turn away or anything. Just multiple times straight at the food.

In the area for emergency situation. Found this Subway close to Reston Hospital. Ate there for 10 days and never disappointed. Lucky local residents.

Polite, friendly, efficient service! I’d go back again without hesitation 😎
