Apperantly 2 footings were 20 and I used a coupon only needed to pay 6$ and they over charged me for 13$ total I paid 30 something dollars for 2 foot longs not the meals and then they had the audacity to charge my card 8$ and they said it didn’t go thru when checking my bank I see it processed this subway needs to be checked by management or corporate

Great service and staff was recommending the best subs..

Ordered online and paid online for our meal. As I was walking in manager informed us that they were only taking cash due to internet being down. Approached cashier explaining my card had already been charged and I had paid online prior to this encounter. Manager was very rude in explaining and answering our concerns/questions. When asked if the systems go back up and my card is still charged am I able to come back and ask for her assistance manager Patty quickly intervened and said won’t happen with attitude. Won’t be stopping by at this location anymore or referring anyone else due to poor management and horrible customer service.

They were all out of most everything. Will not go there again.

Clean fabulous Subway location, the Master Sandwich Artiste on the 1st bread pick was amazing, she ( Artist) slides the sandwich to the 2nd artist who was apparently on training, He (Artist) proceeds to make a skimpy sandwich, with small shreds of lettuce, tomato, and peppers( my choice of toppings) I asked him where was the Avocado, that comes with the type of sandwich I ordered, the artist proceeded to slather 2 teaspoons of mashed avocado on top of the vegetables.. (lack of training)…. Sandwich artists, if am going to pay you 16.00 dollars for my sandwich, you better learn how to make the sandwiches in the proper order. Lack of training & management, hoping to get a really great Subway sandwich the next time….

Used the deal on the app. Ate in store. Not busy at all. Was ready fast. Enjoyed it.

Best subway in the WHOLE RGV !!

The location at West Tyler in Harlingen seems to have poor management. Half the time they run out of something, and it's usually something major l, like bread, pepperoni, or ham. I wouldn't take my chances there anymore. You're better off trying one of the other locations in Harlingen.

It was okay, but they were out of a lot of ingredients.

Great service, but couldn't get gift card to work for 5 dollar cards

Super rude experience, very sad. Not going back. Even my 7 year old made awareness of how rude they were. A good teaching lesson for my kids on how not to treat customers. Thank you.
