It wasn’t even 9pm and the workers said they were only taking carry out, and all the chairs were up. There were no signs or anything anywhere, I believe they just wanted to avoid cleaning to close early.
Terrible customer service. I’ve been here 3x for lunch since it’s nearby but sadly I’m going to find somewhere else to eat because the employees here have a nasty attitude and. Also the wait time is so bad being that there’s 3 employees back there and they’re only taking one person at a time.
The food was amazing but the girl taking my order was very rude and sarcastic with me I will never be coming here again worst customer service ever
Mobile ordered and they got my order wrong. First the guy working forgot the cookies, then the sandwich was made wrong. I called and spoke to the manager Belinda who was pleasant and handled the mistake with grace. Went in to get my new sandwich and spoke to Sara over the phone and in person. She knows what she is doing and gave great customer service. She’s helped me before as well. I want Sara to make my sandwiches from now on. At least with her, I know she won’t get it wrong.
Bread was from yesterday. They were out of Italian bread by noon. Got no napkins. Sandwich wrapping wasn't staying closed. Felt like we were an inconvenience to the staff. Exactly what I've come to expect for Subway.
My first time to that Subway. Walked in and waited to be helped. Ordered my food as I do at other Subways, Service was fast and easy but the tables were dirty. Two employees one working in the back area and the other sitting at a corner. Went back for a second time to see if it was a one time thing but it was the same. I'll look for another Subway.
Got a salad.. actually a protein bowl (cost of a footlong + some) and they really skimped on the veggies. Hardly any lettuce or spinach. Kept asking for more of this or that and they'd only grab a small pinch. And of COURSE subway ended the chopped salad (probably bc the extra 30sec to cut it for the customer was too much time) but normally all the other subways in the area cut the tomatoes and cucumbers in half, not this one... oh and they didn't have any knives for me to cut it... so I guess my mixed salad is now finger food.
They have good food, service and prices

Worst experience ever, the employees are so rude, employee Jessica and the store manager today were so rude, allowed us to waste time in ordering our food just to tell us at the end that their card machine didnt work(only cashapp cards) , there was no sign of it being out of order, the employee still had the audacity to tell us the sign was there when there was no sign and were so rude about it at the end . Manager was present at the time watched it all happen and didnt do anything for the customers. TO THE EMPLOYEE JESSICA who took my order : hope you have the worst day ever for messing up mine.

A horrible experience I had in this store. We placed an order through the app, the order was paid, they took my money from my bank. When we went to pick up the order, they did not give it to us because they did not receive the order. We show they in the app when we pay. a horrible the customer service experience was, the company should teach his employees how to handle these kinds of issues. because I had enough evidence of having paid the order.
I went at about 7pm and they were putting stuff away already. They hardly had anything so I had to go way across town to another subway to try to get the sandwich I wanted. So inconvenient since gas prices are ridiculously high.
