Subway

Worst subway ever seen, the attitude of employee is so high even she is preparing food with angry mood. Even though there is cross contamination with their cutlery they are using the non vegetarian knife with vegetarians food. I suggest do not visit find a better place than this one so upset.

Worst experience ever

It’s always the same girl working the counter and she always makes the sandwich absolutely terrible (how do you even mess up a sandwich?). Not to mention terrible customer service skills. Wouldn’t recommend anyone order from here. Waste of time and money.

I visited in the morning. The girl who was serving this morning. She was rude and spoke with angerness. Her way of talking was ridiculous. Need to teach her how to talk with customers.

The store has lots of potential, but the girl who served today January 19, she is server # 67 she wasn't friendly, took more than 5 minutes to assist us.....was at the back room doing lots of noise. Here comes the worse, the spinach, the lettuce and cucumbers were already bad, looked soggy, not fresh ........ rotten speaking about the spinach. When I ask her why was she putting those in my subway, she refused to put a new bag saying " I just put it this morning", though everything where just the remainings at the bottom of the stainless steel containers. In the end, she went and grabbed new bags of fresh vegetables but never even changed the containers. She just added more on top of the bad one. She was very unprofessional, and it looks like she needs more customer service training, but most importantly, a food handling course. Keep an eye on this store, because these will keep us away from coming to this store.

Yesterday, In the evening, I visited the store and as I am a pure vegetarian and according to my preference the girl who was serving me named Komal #67, clean the surface first, wash her hands properly and took my order. She was so friendly and nice.

Gave me the wrong sandwich and refused to refund me or make me my sandwich

If you're "out" of something, MAKE MORE.

I like the way Parminder gave me a service even if it was the closing time. And also I like the way she was communicating with me while making my order. Best associate I must say. Vegetarian options: Footlong veggie
