The only reason I put one stars. Because there's not a lower rating. It is ridiculous that the sandwich that I got had absolutely no. Vegetables, the cheese looks like something that was processed and run over and the meat is barely noticeable. You might need a microscope. I am super offended that. They won't even pick up the phone and their voicemail is not set up so. For your own sake and your health, stay away from this particular subway
The sandwich was fine, it's hard to keep up with competitors. The quality of food has to keep up with the pricing tho

Ordered my food online. Came to pick up order and the lady said the toaster was broke I told her to make it normal and she bypassed me and went to help other customers. After waiting for 20 the guy that was working asked me for my name then started making my sandwich. I won’t be ordering from here again if this is how they do customer service

I ordered curbside when I got to the restaurant. I sat there for like 15 minutes then I called and asked her about my order. The girl said it’s ready I said OK well I’m already here. She said oh and hung up. Then I see her walk to the lobby and start sweeping totally ignoring me, so I waited for her to finish then I called again. The guy inside did his hand up like answer the phone she swung her hand up like when you say who cares and continued what she was doing. Never answered the phone, then went and got the bag, btw I ordered a veggie salad that was it , she came outside and almost threw it in my window at me. I grabbed it and left. I will be the professional here, I will also never visit this location again!
I would like to report a disappointing experience I had at your establishment on Easter. Despite ordering two sandwiches and specifying two fountain waters, I was charged two bottled waters instead. When my wife and I attempted to rectify this error and request a refund for the bottled waters, we were met with extreme rudeness from the staff member on duty. It is unacceptable for any customer to be treated in such a condescending and disrespectful manner.
Furthermore, when I requested a corporate contact number, the staff member refused to provide one and blatantly said what for, and when I asked to speak to the store manager, I was simply directed to a plaque on the wall. This level of dismissiveness and lack of accountability is deeply concerning.
I expect better from your establishment and would appreciate prompt action to address this matter. I kindly request that someone from your management team reach out to me to discuss this unfortunate incident and ensure that appropriate measures are taken to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Jace waited on me and was very friendly and kind, food was delicious 😋 I'll be back at that subway soon, it's by the neighborhood Walmart market ,I think miller at Garland Ave, I'm new so I don't know the streets yet 😭
Wow walk in with online order worker talking about customer openly in Spanish just because I didn’t speak it at first doesn’t mean I didn’t understand what u said about me and they mess up my order but they didn’t remake it just pick off what I didn’t pick and put back in the original container health code violation right there sauce was already in sandwhich and all
I came in just now I had the most horrible experience food was dropped and put back into the sandwich right in-front of me, on top of that threw a whole fit about giving me a refund because I didn’t want the dropped sandwich and talked bad about me on the phone in-front of me in Spanish as if I can’t understand her. If I could give 0 starts I would. There health inspector need to be called. Disgusting.
Giving 1 star because I have to, my 10 year child was disrespected. I was called the N word and basically told to get my food like a dog. The store does not answer the phone when I tried to report this. I will never step foot inside this establishment again. The woman would not give me her name and so I reached out to to corporate to complain this was unacceptable.
Worst subway by far! Had the most awful experience, the server was unbeliavably rude. I'm never going back there again.
